Delta Goodrem Stuns Fans with Bengali Cover of Beatmosphere’s Eurovision Entry
Reading
Aussie pop star and Eurovision 2026 finalist Delta Goodrem recently covered all the 11 participating songs of Eurovision Asia in their original languages, including Bangladesh’s ‘Eurovision Asia 2026’ entry Tumi Ele by beatboxing group Beatmosphere. The group produced their tribute as well by making a version of Delta’s Eclipse by beatboxing – proving that music unites cultures and transcends boundaries and it became a special musical moment for Bangladeshi fans across the globe.
Let’s step into the world of instrument-free world of A capella: Beatmosphere is Bangladesh's pioneering beatboxing group. This genre-fluid vocal collective was formed in 2009 blending a cappella with the raw energy of beatbox. This innovative group uses only their unique vocal lines to engineer and create a fantastic auditory illusion of live drums, basslines, melodies and intense electronica textures.
We want to make people think about what the human voice's capable of
Beatmosphere is representing Bangladesh at the event in Bangkok from November 14. They are bringing their inimitable sound on the Asian stage. In a country where normal music with instruments is the usual norm, Beatmosphere is working hard to be pleasantly diverse and make way of creating music not just differently but creatively as well. They are not just singing without instruments, they are creating a landscape of sound using just their voices.
A sound made without instruments
Member of the band Moktadir Dewan was thrilled and told Nutshell Today, “Even though Tumi Ele might look like a song without instruments that is because we are beatboxers first. We want our performance to show how good we are at beatboxing. We want to prove by going beyond what people usually expect from singing and instrumentation. We want to make people think about what the human voice's capable of”.
The band urged all Bangladeshi music fans to watch Beatmosphere perform Tumi Ele on 14 November and Vote for Bangladesh through the official Eurovision Song Contest Asia voting website during the LIVE event. Our support could help this local beatboxing talent reach the world stages and be an essential flag waver for the nation.
