Apurba Jahangir is a Bangladeshi journalist, writer, filmmaker, creative professional, and communications consultant whose work spans journalism, documentary filmmaking, advertising, and public communications. He is known for combining storytelling, visual media, and strategic communication across a diverse professional career. He began writing for "The Daily Star" as a teenager and later founded the creative studio 360 ONE, which subsequently became The Idea Company. As a filmmaker, he directed the documentary "Dhaka: An Opera", reflecting his interest in portraying the culture, character, and everyday rhythms of Dhaka. Jahangir studied media and communication at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB). He served as Deputy Press Secretary at Bangladesh’s Chief Adviser’s Office under Professor Yunus, working with the interim government from August 2024 to February 2026.
